This Update Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this ____ day of _________, 20 ("Effective Date") by and between Sacred Sphinx Cattery ("Breeder") and the undersigned purchaser ("Purchaser").

1. PARTIES

2. PURPOSE

The Breeder puts a tremendous amount of care, love, and responsibility into raising each kitten. As such, the Breeder requires regular updates to ensure the ongoing well-being and happiness of the Kitten and to maintain a connection with the extended Sacred Sphinx Cattery family.

3. UPDATE REQUIREMENTS

The Purchaser agrees to provide the Breeder with regular updates on the Kitten according to the following schedule:

First Month: The Purchaser will provide an update once a month for the first month after taking the Kitten home. First Year: The Purchaser will provide an update once every six months for the first year. Lifetime Updates: After the first year, the Purchaser will provide an update once a year for the lifetime of the Kitten.

4. CONTENT OF UPDATES

Each update should include the following:

A recent photo of the Kitten. A brief description of the Kitten’s well-being, personality, and behavior. Any interesting or fun milestones (e.g., favorite toys, new tricks, changes in behavior). Any health or dietary concerns or changes.

5. FAILURE TO COMPLY

The Purchaser understands that regular updates are an essential part of the Breeder’s commitment to the health and happiness of the Kitten. If the Purchaser fails to provide updates as agreed, the Breeder reserves the right to:

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of ____________. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the State of ____________.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Breeder and the Purchaser and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
